I like the smokiness of the tea, but it overwhelms the burgamount flavor.

I cannot drink this tea because it is too smoky. And this is coming from someone for whom Laphroaig, a very smoky scotch, is a mainstay.

Terrific customer service

I phoned in my order, and have to say customer service during the call and the follow-up were great.
