My favorite tea has been unavailable for way too long. What is going on?

This tea is wonderful. But I notice that it is out of stock or something. What has happened? Will it be for sale again in the near future? At least let the customer know by updating the website or deleting it.

Love the tea but sure would like to know why it’s been out of stock for so many months. Super frustrating!

Capital Breakfast is my all-time favorite tea, and I drink a lot of tea. I drink two mugs of it nearly every morning, and I never get tired of it. I buy it in the large tins and I get real pleasure from the scent of it when I open the tin each morning.

A dismal experience which I will attribute to the coronavirus. Order was placed 3/5 but never shipped until the end of March after I'd called/emailed customer service. Then when it arrived in April, it was missing the Presidential Blend. I then emailed customer service to inform them of the situation, saying that I'd like either a credit for, or shipment of the missing item, and have heard nothing Have used capital teas in the past because the teas are great. Not sure about the future

I like English Breakfast Tea and this was a good alternative.

This is a great morning basic tea. Nothing flashy about it. Smooth and delicious. Pairs wonderfully with honey.

Excellent choice for those who want to get away from coffee. Excellent flavor, just the right amount of “zing” to get your day started without the tummy upset and no jitters!

There used to be a Capital Teas store near us in Charlottesville, but it closed. I was disappointed, because I loved being able to look at and smell all the types of tea. But the one I always bought was the organic English breakfast, so I was happy I can still get it online. My order arrived quickly. It’s the best breakfast tea I’ve ever had. So glad I can still get it!

I rally love this blend. My favorite morning brew. It is not a good morning without it. I ordered some through their website and the service was great and came ahead of time.

I LOVE this tea blend, which I believe is primarily Assam based. In my opinion, all other teas pale in comparison.

It would be nice if each tea had a fuller and more detailed description of what kind of tea(s) go into it, the sources, how it’s processed, relative caffeine content, and what distinguishes it from other related teas. For instance, I ordered this tea along with the English Breakfast I usually drink. I found it to be of a finer texture than the English. In my Breville tea maker the sediment and grains of tea end up in my cup, whereas the coarser English does not. As a recently abandoned Teavana customer I am trying alternative producers and looking for reasons to settle on one. A serious and detailed description would be one such reason.
