Organic black tea from exceptionally rare, spring leaf grown wild in the pine forests of Wuyishan, China

This is one of the rarest and most exclusive (and expensive) teas in the world. Produced to the standards, it is only grown in the Wuyishan Mountains of the Fujian Province by a Chinese family which has been producing this tea for 25 generations. It has a distinctly light smokiness and can be compared to the abolsute finest cognacs. This tea is grown in a mountainous region recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once the tea is brewed for three to four minutes, the leaves release flavors of citrus and peach mingled with a mysterious layer of smoke and a noticeable tannic bite. Each sip reveals new notes and scents, with each year's harvest varying slightly so you're always surprised.   Imparts light cask oak, wafts of smoke, molasses and malt. Honor your guests and indulge yourself by serving a loose tea fit for royalty.
